Course Overview

The Eldercare Workshop is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and caregiving skills to support elderly individuals safely and confidently in daily living activities. The workshop focuses on common caregiving scenarios, including mobility assistance, personal care, fall prevention, communication techniques, and appropriate responses to common age-related situations.

This workshop is suitable for individuals who are involved in the day-to-day care of seniors and wish to better understand safe and supportive caregiving practices.
